Job Summary Details:

The Utility Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of facilities, including public areas, restrooms, hallways, and back-of-house areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and orderly environment for guests, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all assigned areas.
2. Assist with cleaning duties as needed.
3. Clean windows, walls, and entrance areas.
4. Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture or equipment for events or meetings.
5. Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, painting, patching walls, unclogging drains).
6. Report any damage, hazards, or major repairs needed to the supervisor.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Follow all company procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Two years of similar work experience is a plus.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
3. Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.

Work Environment:

1. May work in indoor and outdoor environments.
