Job Details

Our custodial porter maintains high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction by performing routine manual work, cleaning assigned interior and exterior areas in a transitional living center. You will follow established practices and schedules, enjoying detailed, repetitive work. Supervision includes regular inspections to ensure standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and specified indoor/outdoor spaces following established procedures.
• Dust, wipe furniture, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, empty trash, and refill dispensers.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, and other facility functions.
• Use specific cleaning methods for floors and surfaces.
• Mix cleaning agents following safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, break areas, restrooms, elevators, and common areas.
• Disinfect areas as per scope of work.
