The Utility Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of facilities, including public areas, restrooms, hallways, and back-of-house areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and orderly environment for guests, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all assigned areas.
• Assist with cleaning duties if needed.
• Clean windows, walls, and entrance.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture or equipment for events or meetings.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, painting, patching walls, and unclogging drains).
• Report any damage, hazards, or major repairs needed to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow all company procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of similar work experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.

Work Environment:

• May work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
