Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites. You will drive to locations, perform pumping and cleaning tasks, and interact with customers to ensure services meet the company’s high standards.

The role emphasizes safety, reliable routing, and proactive planning to meet current and future customer needs while maintaining DOT compliance and excellent service quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to service locations.
• Service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks per USS 8 point standard.
• Perform duties safely in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure services meet standards and expectations.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager and adjust routes for efficiency.
• Plan for customer needs by discussing portable toilet requirements and future needs.
