United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and visit various sites to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. The role is central to our business and requires safe driving and on-site customer service.

The position emphasizes adherence to USS and DOT safety standards, responsive routing, and the ability to adjust routes to meet customer needs while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience is required.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial) is required.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties safely in compliance with USS and DOT standards.
• Assist customers on-site and ensure service quality meets company standards.
• Provide routing feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan for customer toilet needs to address current and future requirements.
