Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, travel to sites, and service portable restrooms and holding tanks. You will ensure services meet customer expectations while following USS and DOT safety standards and requirements.

The role involves manual handling of loads, flexible routing, and providing excellent customer interactions to support reliable, high-quality service across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform tasks safely in compliance with USS and DOT standards.
• Lift and move loads as required (up to 40–150 lbs depending on task).
• Interact with customers to ensure services meet their standards and needs.
• Adjust routes as needed and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
