Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, service/pump/clean portable restrooms or holding tanks, and support a safety-focused service model. The role emphasizes reliable vehicle operation, on-site servicing, and clear communication with customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to adapt routes to meet changing customer needs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Perform duties servicing portable toilets to USS 8 point service standard while on site.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient and meet customer expectations.
• Conduct customer service interactions on site to ensure services meet customer standards.
• Ability to adjust routes to meet customer needs and timelines.
• Strategically plan for current and future customer toilet needs.
