Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at various locations. The role emphasizes safe driving, on-site service, and strong customer interaction to ensure high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of commercial driving experience and hold a valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company service truck to client sites and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Follow DOT and USS safety standards; perform duties safely to prevent accidents.
• Manage physical tasks including lifting/pushing up to 150 lbs.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure service meets standards.
• Provide routing feedback to optimize efficiency and meet customer needs.
• Plan routes to satisfy current and future customer toilet needs.
