Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer locations. You will drive routes, perform servicing to the USS 8-point standard, and interact with customers to ensure quality service.

The role emphasizes safety, route flexibility, and effective communication to meet current and future customer needs, with a focus on reliable, courteous service and adherence to USS/DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
• Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Perform customer service interaction on sites to ensure services meet standards.
• Adjust routes as needed to meet customer needs and provide efficient service.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan for customer needs by discussing portable toilet requirements for current and future needs.
