Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, service portable restrooms and holding tanks, and drive to various locations in California. The role emphasizes safe driving per DOT rules and delivering top-notch customer service on-site.

The technician will communicate effectively with customers and team members, adapt routes as needed, and contribute to efficient operations through feedback and planning to meet current and future restroom needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms or holding tanks.
• Perform service truck driving in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Work safely per USS and DOT standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure service is performed to standards.
• Adjust routes and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Plan for customer needs by discussing portable toilet requirements for current and future needs.
