Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a portable climate solutions sales representative to drive revenue in the assigned territory by building relationships and delivering customer-focused climate and remediation solutions, including portable generators, HVAC, desiccants, industrial fans, and air scrubbers.

You will act as a subject matter expert, develop sales plans, manage accounts, and coordinate with operations to meet customer needs while upholding Herc Rentals Safety Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in equipment rental or pump/power/climate market preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; dependable.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory daily to acquire new accounts and meet revenue goals.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
• Present solutions to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment.
• Coordinate with operations to fulfill customer needs and ensure service quality.
