Port Driver
Job Duties
- Drive shuttle to take drivers to and from parking locations.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Outdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (e.g., rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity).
- Light physical activity, performing non‑strenuous daily activities of an administrative or production/technical nature.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items.
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
- Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift.
Knowledge and Skills
You must have a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) for this position.
- Ability to perform visual inspection of vehicle body panels.
- Ability to write clearly and learn to use handheld scanners.
- Effective communicator in listening, writing, and verbal communication.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Ability to multitask.
- Punctual and dependable.
Required Education and Experience:
- No prior experience or training required.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related education or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information
Pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
Pay is weekly.
