AMPORTS Inc. in Benicia, CA is seeking a general vehicle maintenance worker to support our operations. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks on vehicles as they pass through the site.
Responsibilities include jump-starting vehicles, charging high/low voltage cars, checking tire pressure, installing solar panels for charging, and scanning locations. You will also maintain solar panels and perform routine upkeep with occasional overtime.

Perform general maintenance on vehicles as they process through the operation.
This position has no direct reports.
Outdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity, etc.).
Moderate physical activity performing strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative or production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime.
Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
Basic personal computer skills.
Must be able to obtain TWIC badge
