FIP Inspector
Job Duties:
- Process vehicles to prepare for pick and delivery
- Drive vehicles in shop to process
- Place throw-in items in vehicles such as mats and books
- Change lug nuts
- Place a label on vehicle
- Drive vehicles out of the shop to appropriate location
- Well‑lighted, heated indoor office, production, setting, outdoor/indoor shop environment or enclosed vehicle with adequate ventilation and protection from extreme weather conditions
- Light physical activity performing non‑strenuous daily activities of an administrative or production/technical nature
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items
- Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift

- This position does not have any travel requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One‑year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience
- Must have a TWIC badge (Transportation Worker Identification Card)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Pay is weekly.
Eligible for permanent position after 90 days.
