Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Porsche Customer Experience Manager to be the face of our Porsche dealership, elevating every step of the customer journey from showroom to ownership. You will craft unforgettable experiences, build lasting relationships, and uphold Porsche’s luxury standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hospitality, coordinate with Sales and Service, and maintain brand-compliant spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, premium retail, automotive, or dealership operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms; CDK experience a plus.
• Passion for luxury automotive and Porsche brand.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Porsche Experience across Sales, Service, and Parts.
• Identify and coordinate resolutions to customer concerns to protect trust.
• Lead personalized follow-up, VIP engagement, and recovery initiatives.
• Maintain dealership presence to ensure guests feel welcomed and connected.
