Yakima Neighborhood Health Services, established in 1975, seeks a Quality Improvement/Compliance support role to drive accreditation and patient safety initiatives. You will help coordinate processes, data entry, and education for patients with care gaps in a community health setting.

The ideal candidate has a health or QA degree with 2 years of related experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in serving diverse patients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or quality assurance field.
• Two years related experience.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission expectations and processes, NCQA PCMH, and Community Health Centers preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage disparate assignments.

Mansioni

• Assist with implementation of processes for accreditation, quality improvement, patient safety and patient relations.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule patients with identified care gaps and reduce barriers to care.
• Educate patients about addressing care gaps for health and well-being.
• Perform data entry to support quality assurance activities.
• Research information related to quality improvement and accreditation as needed.
