Comprehensive Healthcare in Yakima, WA is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to organize and manage our quality improvement processes, deliver trainings, facilitate process improvements, and develop reports and summaries.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or health administration, have four years of medical or behavioral health experience, strong project management and communication skills, and knowledge of continuous quality improvement and LEAN/Six-Sigma

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences, health administration, nursing or related field.
• Four years of experience in a medical or behavioral health setting, preferably in a managed care environment.
• Requires strong project management skills, communication and training skills, and sound knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement principles, practices, methods, and tools.
• In compliance with state and federal law, Comprehensive Healthcare requires all candidates to complete a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

What are we looking for in a Quality Improvement Coordinator?

Quality Improvement Coordinators work to organize and manage the organization’s quality improvement process including the delivery of trainings, facilitation of process improvement activities, the collection, analysis and interpretation of data, and the development and presentation of reports and project summaries.
