Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
• 5+ years of experience with large healthcare datasets and data warehouses.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development.
• 5+ years of Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience supporting Medicaid business and 834 enrollment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and enrollment operations for Medicaid Enrollment.
• Support state implementation readiness and regulatory reporting.
• Design scalable analytics solutions and reporting architectures.
• Partner with executives, compliance, and technology teams.
• Drive process improvements through data-driven insights.
