Cesar Chavez Foundation seeks a Property Assistant who supports the property manager in daily operations, bookkeeping, leases, and tenant coordination. You may supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and respond to emergencies to ensure smooth facility functioning.
Responsibilities include preparing lease documents, processing rents, tracking inventories, coordinating transfers, and communicating with residents. Travel to outlying facilities may be required to fulfill duties.

In absence of manager, directly supervises two to four employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
