Cesar-Chavez Foundation is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support the manager of residential real estate property in Fresno, CA. You will perform duties personally or through subordinates and may substitute for the property manager as needed.
Responsibilities include leases, bookkeeping, vendor management, inventories, scheduling, coordinating utilities, and tenant relations. Some travel and on-site supervision of staff are expected as part of daily operations.
Assists manager of residential real estate property by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. In absence of Property Manager performs the following duties and regularly assists property manager with performance of these functions as required.
In absence of manager, directly supervises two to four employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
