Cesar Chavez Foundation in Fresno, California is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of residential real estate. You will work under the Property Manager, handling leases, rent collection, bookkeeping and vendor coordination.
This role requires supervising two to four staff in the manager's absence, coordinating maintenance, transfers, and tenant communications, and ensuring property conditions and compliance through regular inspections and reports.
Assists manager of residential real estate property by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. In absence of Property Manager performs the following duties and regularly assists property manager with performance of these functions as required.
In absence of manager, directly supervises two to four employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
