Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic Sales Associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences and act as brand ambassadors. You will drive store performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and exceptional service, while supporting merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology, point-of-sale systems, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build authentic relationships.
• Share POP MART’s story, artist collaborations, and product collections as a brand ambassador.
• Educate customers on collectibles, blind boxes, MEGA collections, and new launches.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store presentation.
• Support inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily sales and operational goals.
• Cross-train for Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes.
• Comply with company policies and cash handling procedures.
