POP MART is seeking energetic Sales Associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences and act as brand ambassadors in our Thousand Oaks, CA store. You’ll engage customers with our world of collectible art toys, provide personalized recommendations, and contribute to store performance through knowledge and storytelling.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and a welcoming environment while embracing POP MART’s culture of collectibles, art, anime, and pop culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Confidently share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and memberships.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, and new launches.
• Drive sales by identifying needs, recommending products, upselling related items, and meeting sales goals.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
