Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across casino bars, lounges, and service wells. You will guide a team, enforce service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction with timely resolutions and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include supervising bartending operations, managing reservations and events, coaching staff, and maintaining strong knowledge of drinks.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Health/TAM/Nongaming cards as required by policy.
• 2 years of experience managing shifts in beverage department.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar operations.
• English fluency; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across The Venetian Resort beverage areas.
• Guide and uphold service standards and provide direction to the team.
• Supervise beverage operations across casino bars, lounges, and service wells.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing issues promptly.
• Coach Team Members and monitor performance to meet department standards.
• Schedule and manage staffing to ensure efficiency and control costs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, brands, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Provide training and conduct coaching as part of routine operations.
• Ensure compliance with State liquor laws and safety policies.
