Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a friendly server at our poolside dining area. You will take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve cocktails, and provide courteous, timely service to owners and guests while delivering an engaging guest experience.

The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent guest relations, and the ability to upsell items in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Customer service and/or food & beverage service required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, and upsell.
• Input orders accurately using POS and prepare itemized checks with tax.
• Serve and check back to ensure satisfaction, handling issues with urgency.
• Pre-bus and clear tables as needed during service.
• Complete pre- and post-shift duties as assigned.
