Job summary

POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks an Inside Sales Associate at our Newnan, GA location. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build relationships, learn products, and support showroom and basic warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact with customers throughout the day.
• Strong computer skills and basic MS Office use.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 100 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments per policy.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and availability.
• Evaluate warranty items per manufacturer policy.
• Provide delivery date estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull and stage orders; use RF scanner as needed.
• Restock showroom and support general warehouse duties.
