Job summary

Blue Haven Pools is seeking a energetic Pool & Spa Design Consultant focused on new and remodel sales. You will meet with potential clients, assess their needs, and guide design and purchasing decisions from concept to contract.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, personable, and excel in a customer-first environment; HIS registration is required, and commission-based compensation applies, with pay range discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience (construction, home improvement, or luxury products preferred).
• Must have an HIS registration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
• Knowledge of Structure Studios and/or CanIBuild Drawing Programs

Responsibilities

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Pool & Spa Design Consultant for new and remodel sales to join our team.
