Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Service Manager for the Raleigh-Durham / RTP area to lead our pool maintenance and repair division. The role offers a potential ownership opportunity and a chance to shape growth with a seasoned team.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on pool maintenance/repair expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a service operation while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, filters, heaters, automation, salt systems, chlorinators, and other pool equipment.
• Strong understanding of pool water chemistry and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and plumbing problems.
• Experience leading, managing, or supervising service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the service department.
• Supervising, training, and supporting service technicians.
• Scheduling and dispatching maintenance and repair calls.
• Diagnosing pool equipment and plumbing problems.
• Overseeing preventative maintenance and repair work.
• Maintaining high standards for pool care and water chemistry.
• Communicating directly with homeowners and customers.
• Preparing and reviewing repair estimates.
• Monitoring job quality and customer satisfaction.
• Managing parts, equipment, and service inventory.
• Helping recruit and train additional technicians.
• Improving service department efficiency and profitability.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the maintenance and repair division.
• Making sure customers receive the level of service expected from a company with 27 years of experience.
