Job summary

Pinch A Penny is seeking an experienced Pool Service & Repairs Manager in North Palm Beach to lead the service department and drive growth. You'll oversee daily pool service operations, manage technicians, and coordinate repairs and installations to ensure top-tier customer care.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service in a family-owned pool company known for integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, pest control, pool service, repairs, pool operations or service industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment troubleshooting is helpful.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automation systems, heaters, pumps, filters, and salt systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for pool service, repairs, and equipment installations
• Lead, train, and support service technicians and repair teams
• Schedule and coordinate service routes, repair calls, and installation projects efficiently
• Diagnose and oversee repairs for pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, plumbing, and related equipment
• Ensure exceptional customer service and strong communication with homeowners
• Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and follow up with customers
• Monitor technician performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Manage inventory, repair parts, and equipment ordering
• Support pool remodeling and resurfacing project coordination when needed
• Help grow the department through customer retention, referrals, and service opportunities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
