Qualifications

• Experience managing swimming pool construction projects.
• Experience managing construction projects from contract signing through project completion.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, field teams, inspections, and construction schedules.
• Experience managing permitting and project documentation.
• Experience working directly with residential customers and homeowners.
• Experience using JobTread or similar construction project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects from contract signing through construction completion and closeout.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with customers.
• Set clear expectations with homeowners regarding project timelines, payment milestones, and construction stages.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain transparency throughout the construction process.
• Maintain customer communication through JobTread and other approved communication channels.
