The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing pool heaters, skimmers, pumps, and plumbing systems, plus strong troubleshooting and leadership abilities to manage service calls, supervise assistants, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience repairing pool equipment such as heaters, skimmers, pumps, filters, and plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities for pool/spa systems.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred to manage field staff.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose pool and spa equipment problems and determine necessary repairs.
• Repair and replace heaters, pumps, filters, valves, and plumbing components.
