Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Pool Service Supervisor to lead a small team, manage schedules and ensure our client pools are clean, safe and compliant. You will test chemistry, balance pH levels and perform routine cleaning on high-profile residential and commercial properties.

You will diagnose equipment issues, perform openings and winterizations, and keep detailed service records. This role requires a strong work ethic, English communication, and a willingness to train others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2 years pool & hot tub minor repair experience.
• 2 years pool/hot tub cleaning & operations experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Valid and clean driving record.
• Read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• 40-hour work week with shift rotations, including Saturdays.
• Ability to swim highly desired.
• Knowledge of PVC plumbing and basic electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Manage team schedules and supervise a small team of technicians.
• Maintain client swimming pools and test water chemistry.
• Balance pH levels and perform routine cleaning.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment; open/close pools.
• Maintain service records and inventory; order chemicals.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance.
