Job summary

Premier Pool Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pool Supervisor for the 2026 summer season. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while overseeing daily pool operations and staff performance. The Pool Supervisor will manage approximately 15-25 lifeguards across 10-20 pool locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lifeguard teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support a team of lifeguards.
• Ensure all facilities open and close on schedule.
• Manage staffing needs, including recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Create and maintain schedules for all direct reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns promptly.
• Identify and coordinate service and maintenance needs.
• Perform minor service repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with health department and maintain required permits.
