Job summary

Mariani Premier Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Pool Service Supervisor to lead a small team, manage schedules, maintain client pools, test water chemistry, balance pH, and ensure a safe, sparkling pool environment.

Responsibilities include inventory of pool chemicals, repairing equipment, operating service vehicles, programming controls, training technicians, and documenting services and chemical use.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two (2) year Pool & Hot Tub minor repair experience
  • Two (2) year Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning & Operations experience (Certification preferred)
  • Two (2) year Customer Service experience
  • Valid and clean driving record with reliable transportation
  • Read, write and speak clearly in English
  • 40 hour work week with shift rotations, including Saturdays
  • Able to lift 60 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb stairs
  • Ability to swim highly desired

  • Detect and patch leaks in pool liners or plumbing
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used per job
  • Educate customers on basic preventative maintenance and address any concerns
  • PVC plumbing and basic electrical work as needed

Job Overview

The Pool Service Supervisor is responsible for managing team schedules, maintaining OEG client swimming pools, test water chemistry, balance pH levels, and perform routine cleaning to ensure a safe, sparkling swimming pool environment. This role requires leadership ability, a strong understanding of pool equipment and chemicals, including the ability to diagnose and repair, perform pool openings and winterizing, along with other duties within our Property Care Division as needed.

Position Range: $30.00 per hour - $40.00per hour
