B&D POOLS LLC, based in Silver Spring, MD, seeks an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our service operations. You will manage the service team, coordinate routes, and ensure high-quality pool maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in the pool industry, deep knowledge of pool equipment, and strong communication to resolve customer concerns. Spanish speaking is a plus as we serve Maryland, Virginia & Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pool industry.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment, systems, and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and perform small pool equipment repairs.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a service team.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Serving Maryland, Virginia & Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the service team and daily operations
• Coordinate and monitor service routes, projects, and schedules
• Ensure quality and consistency of pool service
