The opportunities are endless.Job OverviewThe Pool Service Supervisor is responsible for managing team schedules, maintaining OEG client swimming pools, test water chemistry, balance pH levels, and perform routine cleaning to ensure a safe, sparkling swimming pool environment. This role requires leadership ability, a strong understanding of pool equipment and chemicals, including the ability to diagnose and repair, perform pool openings and winterizing, along with other duties within our Property Care Division as needed.Responsibilities and DutiesInventory control, ordering and property application of pool chemicalsRepair and upkeep of pool cleaning equipmentProper operation of service vehicles and industry equipmentProgram pool/spa controls and chemical feedersHiring, managing and training a small team of techniciansCompletion of all assigned jobs in a timely, professional mannerEnsure daily activity logs are completed and turned inDetect and patch leaks in pool liners or plumbing.Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used per job.Educate customers on basic preventative maintenance and address any concerns.PVC plumbing and basic electrical work as needed.Job RequirementsHigh school diplomaTwo (2) year Pool & Hot Tub minor repair experienceTwo (2) year Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning & Operations experience (Certification preferred)Two (2) year Customer Service experienceValid and clean driving record with reliable transportationRead, write and speak clearly in English40 hour work week with shift rotations, including SaturdaysAble to lift 60 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb stairsAbility to swim highly desiredThe Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
