Mariani Enterprises LLC in CT, Wilton, is seeking a Pool Renovation Project Manager to oversee renovation projects within the department, managing timelines and budgets for multiple sites. You will be the primary client interface, coordinating materials and subcontractors while maintaining timely communications.

You will drive change orders, support sales, and ensure profitability and compliance with company standards.

Formación

• Minimum High School diploma; College Degree preferred.
• Ten years in pool industry with PM experience preferred.
• Three years of project sales experience; five years in customer service.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Aspire; ability to read reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renovation projects and budgets around $2.5–3M annually.
• Act as primary client interface with timely updates and communications.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project completion and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate materials, vendors, subcontractors and change orders.
• Support department operations and new SOP implementation.
• Assist with business development and client growth opportunities.
