Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, CA seeks a friendly House Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and support guest services.

You will clean guest rooms, replenish supplies, operate a golf cart, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

We offer an hourly rate of $22.25, excellent training, 401(k), employee meals, and exclusive travel programs for a rewarding career.

Qualificações

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Facility Management and Maintenance: Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors; maintain cleanliness of stairwells and corridors; operate and maintain equipment.
• Villa Attendant Assistance: Move beds and furniture; arrange bed skirts and drapes; remove trash and soiled linens; resupply guest rooms daily.
• Linen Closet Management: Deliver linen to linen closets; inventory and keep closets clean.
• Guest Services: Assist guests and handle requests; deliver and retrieve items (iron, boards, cribs, sofa beds).
• Safety And Emergency Response: Respond to residence emergencies; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Additional Responsibilities: Operate a golf cart; perform other tasks as assigned by management.

About The Role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the House Attendant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment with responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

What You Will Do

Facility Management and Maintenance

• Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors.


• Maintain cleanliness of stairwells and corridors by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.


• Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.


• Operate, clean, and maintain oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer in villa.


• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.

Villa Attendant Assistance

• Move beds and furniture as requested.


• Put on bed skirts, turn mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes.


• Remove trash and soiled linens as requested.


• Resupply guest rooms supplies and armoires daily

Linen Closet Management

• Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, including armoires, as needed.


• Inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the linen closets.

Guest Services

• Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed.


• Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards). This includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds.

Safety And Emergency Response

• Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.

Additional Responsibilities

• Operate a golf cart.


• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff.
