Pool Repair, Service Advisor-Manager Trainee

We are looking to add to our team a service advisor with pool service industry experience. Strong communication and organization skills are important traits needed for this position. If you have a desire to learn and want to excel in your career, you may be the right person we are looking for. We are looking for an advisor that will also be a manager in training.

Compensation
$45,000- $65,000

Responsibilities

• Assist in field operations and administrative duties including inspections, estimates and quality control
• Answering calls
• Dispatching / Scheduling Appointments
• Billing
• Providing Quotes
• Inventory control
• Customer service

Qualifications

• Experience within the pool service industry
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Google Drive
• A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability to prioritize effectively
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
• Valid FL driver's license with good driving record
• Pre-employment background check and drug-screen required prior to hire
• Willing to assist in field operations (occasionally)
