Job summary

INNOVATED LANDSCAPING LLC is seeking a New Pool Build & Remodel Sales Representative in Arizona to generate and close sales for pool construction and remodeling projects. The role requires presenting options, quotes, and building strong client relations from initial consultation through contract signing.

The ideal candidate will manage onsite consultations, follow up on leads, and also generate self-sourced referrals while traveling throughout Maricopa and Pinal counties.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (pool industry, construction, landscaping, home improvement, or related fields a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable meeting clients at residential properties
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Ability to travel throughout Maricopa and Pinal County
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic understanding of construction processes preferred
• Ability to read plans, measurements, and project layouts is a plus
• Experience using CRM software and preparing estimates is preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective homeowners for on-site consultations
• Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
• Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Educate customers on pool construction, remodeling options, equipment upgrades, and outdoor living solutions
• Create project proposals and present pricing options
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and office staff to ensure smooth project handoff
• Track leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM systems
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, equipment, and construction methods
• Attend networking events, home shows, and community marketing opportunities when needed
• Travel throughout Maricopa County and Pinal County for appointments and site visits
• Maintain availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules
