The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of B to C sales experience and knowledge of swimming pool designs. This role involves running sales appointments, following up on leads, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates must be comfortable in outdoor conditions and willing to work a commission-based salary structure.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of successful B to C sales experience.
• Prior swimming pool experience required.
• Landscaping design knowledge including design software strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to present and explain pool renovation options.
• Conduct timely follow-up after initial meetings.
• Prepare and maintain required sales reports.
• Participate in marketing activities to generate leads.
