Anthony & Sylvan Pools seeks a results-driven sales professional to meet with prospective customers, assess needs, and guide them through renovation options with expert recommendations. You will drive relationships, present solutions, and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, leadership in a team environment, and the ability to manage multiple appointments with a focus on education and transparency.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience.
• Prior swimming pool experience.
• Landscaping design including design software experience strongly desired.

Responsabilités

• Meet with customers to present pool renovation options, assess needs, and provide recommendations.
• Follow up after initial meetings until sale is closed, presenting marketing and sales materials.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments; collaborate with Customer Care and Operations for a seamless experience.
• Gather and maintain sales reports (activity, follow-up, closings, goals).
• Support local marketing efforts and sales collateral.
