Azureon LLC is seeking a Renovations Coordinator to manage pool renovation projects from proposal through completion. You will coordinate customers, field crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates bring experience in construction or renovation, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort coordinating multiple stakeholders. Training is available for those with initiative and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, renovation, remodeling, project coordination, or home services preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating contractors, field crews, and customers.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, or project management software.
• Swimming pool experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation projects from proposal preparation through final completion.
• Prepare project proposals, review scopes of work, and assist with pricing and scheduling.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project timelines.
• Communicate with customers regarding schedules, progress, and project updates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and completion.
• Resolve scheduling challenges, address project issues, and keep work moving forward.
• Track project costs, schedules, documentation, and completion status.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
