Job summary

Azureon LLC is seeking a Pool Construction & Renovations Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying new clients across the United States. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction.

You will travel within assigned territories, build relationships with homeowners and property managers, deliver tailored proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction and renovation processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned sales territories.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for managing sales activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community events to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, provide expert advice on pool design and renovation options, and develop customized proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed sales presentations and estimates that clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company’s services.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and project management to ensure smooth project execution and client communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position the company’s services in the market.
