Job summary

Northern Pool & Spa is seeking a motivated Renovations Coordinator to manage swimming pool renovation projects from initial proposals through final completion. You will coordinate customers, field crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, renovation, remodeling, project coordination, or home services preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating contractors, field crews, and customers.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, or project management software.
• Swimming pool experience is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
