Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company seeks an Outfitter in Seminole, OK to work outside using hand tools for installations and repairs on fiberglass pools. You will read orders, inspect pools, trim flanges, and drill holes per SOPs.

You'll need to read diagrams, stand long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and work overtime including some Saturdays. PPE is required, and safety matters, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all sorts of weather and temperatures.
• Experience using various hand tools.
• Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
• Experience in tiling preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
• Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand production orders.
• Inspect pools for flaws or order deviations.
• Trim and grind flanges.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Cut and drill holes for fittings, installing them per the SOP’s.
• Perform patching and repairs.
• Tile and set inlays.
• Responsible for tools, maintenance and repair.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
