Job summary

Latham Pool Products, Inc. in Williams, CA is hiring an Outfitter to install plumbing tile, inlays, lighting and other order-specific components. Starting pay is $17.82 per hour, with opportunities to grow through hands-on training and on-site work.

The role requires experience with hand and power tools, precise measurement, and readiness to work overtime, including some weekends. You will contribute to a team-focused environment that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hand and power tools.
• Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
• Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred.
• Knowledge of practicing safe workplace practices.
• Good human relations to relate cordially with all team members.
• Ability to work overtime including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders and match them to the product.
• Conducts the first QA inspection on pool.
• Trim and grind flange.
• Accurately read tape measure.
• Reads and drills holes, installs fittings per outfitting guide.
• Performs patching process and small repairs.
• Learns to tile and set inlays.
• Oversee Outfitters and coordinate off-site repairs when needed.
