Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is hiring for a Fiberglass Pool Outfitter in Jane Lew, WV. This on-site role involves using hand tools to install plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting, and other components before shipment.

Responsibilities include interpreting production orders, performing QA checks, measuring, cutting, drilling, and installing fittings, and performing minor repairs. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

• Accurately reads tape measure.
• Cuts and drills holes for fittings and installs fittings per outfitting guide.
• Casts optional fittings.
• Performs patching and small repairs.
• Learns to tile and set inlays.
• Be able to tile proficiently.
• Can do small cosmetic repairs independently.
• Set inlays and install all options on pools and spas.
• Use spray system for larger repairs.
• Solve issues with repair, tile, inlay, and optional parts.

Job Summary

Some Of What You Will Do

• Read and understand production order and match to the product

• Able to trim and grind flange
• Accurately reads tape measure.
• Cuts and drills holes for fittings and installs fittings per the outfitting guide
• Cuts optional fittings.
• Performs patching process and small repairs

• Can do small cosmetic repairs independently
• Can set inlays
• Able to install all options on pools and spas
• Can use 1 quart pot spray system for larger repairs
• Can solve issues with repair, tile, inlay and optional parts

Salary Range: $21.03 - $22.78

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

Bonus: Discretionary Year End
