The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to work with various materials. Flexibility for onsite roles is required, with a strong focus on precise craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety precautions.
• Experience using various hand tools.
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged times and lift up to forty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand production order and match to the product.
• Conducts the first QA inspection on pool.
• Able to trim and grind flange.
• Accurately reads tape measure.
• Cuts and drills holes for fittings and installs fittings per the outfitting guide.
• Cuts optional fittings.
• Performs patching process and small repairs.
• Learns to tile and set inlays.
• Be able to tile proficiently.
• Can do small cosmetic repairs independently.
• Able to install all options on pools and spas.
• Can use 1 quart pot spray system for larger repairs.
• Can solve issues with repair, tile, inlay and optional parts.
