Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Seminole, OK is seeking an Outfitter to work outdoors performing pool-related installations and repairs. You will use hand tools to read orders, inspect pools, and install fittings, tile, inlays, and lighting as needed.

The role requires working in varying weather, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with overtime including some Saturdays. Benefits include comprehensive medical and a strong PTO/holiday plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all sorts of weather and temperatures.
• Experience using various hand tools.
• Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
• Experience in tiling preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
• Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand production orders.
• Inspect pools for flaws or order deviations.
• Trim and grind flanges.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Cut and drill holes for fittings, installing them per the SOP’s.
• Perform patching and repairs.
• Tile and set inlays.
• Responsible for tools, maintenance and repair.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
